Synchronicity Mastering Services is pleased to announce the availability of a new service, which allows mastering orders to be transferred in real-time to its Salt Lake City factory. This will allow orders to be mastered today instead of tomorrow. In most cases, orders would be delivered one day sooner, when compared to orders sent to Synchronicity via overnight courier. The SST system will offer Synchronicity’s clients many advantages.

· Replicators are now able to offer faster service to their customers than previously possible. These faster turnaround orders are usually sold at premium prices. This benefit alone could be worth thousands of dollars in profits per month. This allows replicators to compete effectively with facilities that have mastering in-house, without making a multi-million dollar investment.

· Orders transferred to Synchronicity before 10:30 a.m. Mountain Standard Time can be shipped the same day, for overnight delivery of stampers.

· Overnight delivery charges for the delivery of source media to Synchronicity are eliminated. This will save the typical replicator $400 per month or more.

· Because a day can be gained on each order placed, mastering can be purchased at slower turnaround times (for example, replicators can order a 3 day turn order instead of a 2 day turn order, and still receive the stampers on the same day they would have using the old method of sending their source media). This benefit can generate significant cost savings.

· Clients may choose to continue to order titles with the same turnaround schedule as before, adding flexibility to their production schedule. International clients may save even more time, due to delays caused by Customs.

· Source master tapes and discs will stay at the replicator’s facility, eliminating the tracking and handling required previously. Transfer of the source data is done more efficiently, freeing resources.

· Source media is analyzed during the transfer process, flagging errors immediately. All jobs transferred are checked for complete integrity. Replicators should never have a source fail at the Mastering facility again.

· In the event of a stamper becoming damaged, the recovery time for re-mastering is significantly shortened. This may allow more orders to be placed for “Father Only”, rather than ordering a mother with every order… saving additional money.

· Replicators can make arrangements to have their customers transfer their orders directly to Synchronicity’s secure server, saving additional time.
