SafeAudio offers owners of audio content a way to combat CD piracy.  Through a patented process, it adds a burst of loud clicks to CD-R copies, rendering them unusable.  Authentic replicated CDs, however, have been shown to have no perceptible difference from the original unprotected audio.  This system is effective on all types of music.

SafeAudio has been designed to provide maximum compatibility with CD audio players.  Discs are CD Red Book compatible.
